• Tutors on Tutor Boxx must undergo a thorough background check to ensure the safety and security of our students.
• It is mandatory for tutors to strictly always adhere to Tutor Boxx’s safety policies and guidelines to create a secure learning environment.
• Providing inaccurate or incomplete information during the background check process may result in termination of your tutoring account on Tutor Boxx. If at any point your background check is flagged for criminal activity you may be subject to pausing your account until we get a written statement from you regarding the events that occurred. At this time, we will provide you with a decision as to the future of your account. 
• Tutors cannot accept payments outside of the Tutor Boxx platform to protect the financial interests of both tutors and learners.
• Failure to comply with safety policies, including inappropriate behavior or actions, may result in immediate removal from the platform.
• By agreeing to these terms, tutors acknowledge that safety, security, professionalism, and financial integrity are top priorities on Tutor Boxx and must be prioritized in all interactions with learners.
• Upholding high standards of integrity and ethical conduct is essential for tutors to always maintain a safe learning environment for learners.
• Tutors are encouraged to report any concerns or violations related to safety, security, financial integrity, or policy adherence promptly through the appropriate channels provided by Tutor Boxx.
• Additionally, please note that if your tutoring account remains inactive for 90 days consecutively, it will be subject to deletion as part of our maintenance process.
